Don't dilute other campaigners - join them
This campaign tip (no. 13) was published on Sunday, 13th January 2019
2 + 2 = 5 ... if you add together and work together you get more - now only do you avoid duplication of work, but you put a united front forward that helps the people you are campaigning to be reassured that the case is singular and has strength in numbers
You can also say 5 - 1 = 3 - loosing even a small active section of your group can be more harmful than just the numbers lost.
,br> I'm not advocating that all groups and campaigns merge - but rather work in concert. Organisations such as TravelWatch SouthWest and RailFuture are excellent in talking wider that single public transport campaigns - but you will note that TravelWatch SouthWest supports others and rarely leads on individual items.
